Eliminating:diet sodaDiet Rockstar energy drinkwhite and wheat breadprocessed sugarhigh fructose corn sugarAdding or eating more of:+85% cacao organic dark chocolatepH of 8 or 9 bottled waterfresh or frozen veggies: sweet peas, cauliflower, sweet potatoesfruit (in moderation): bananas, blueberries, strawberriesorganic, lean, grass-fed beeforganic, free-range chickenAdditionally, I take the following supplements: Cayenne pepper, Tumeric Curcumin, Apple Cider Vinegar (capsules). I also rotate others like Vitamin K-12 and L-Arginine in and out due to my fickle nature.Any insight to the above plan?
