Has anyone else experienced this?


Ok so basically ever since I’ve gotten into the upper teens (from like 17 to now being 19) I’ve been on and off with this healthy eating thing. I’ve always had trouble committing . Basically I’m noticing that now even if I eat all home cooked stuff if it’s not healthy I really start to feel like shit over time no matter what it is. So I’m wondering if maybe it’s best for my genes or something that I convert to a healthy eating lifestyle because I can’t seem to eat like a kid my age normally would and not have issues now. via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2rbILjm
