Looking for help with meals while trying to lose


I'm looking for some ideals for similar meals to the ones I have currently. They can be similar in ingredients or just nutrition. I'm currently trying to lose weight at 30 and so I'm working out and eating around 1800 calories a day with a 6-18 hour window. I am also a volume eater if that helps.My current go to meals have been: Breakfast- egg whites, red potatoes, ground chicken sausage 1200 calories 130 protein 125 carbs 40 fatTacos- ground chicken, black beans 1000 calories 75 carbs 40 fat 125 proteinChicken tacos- shredded chicken, black beans 1000 calories 75 carbs 20 fat 175 proteinChili- ground chicken, kidney beans, tomatoes, corn 1300 calories 140 carbs 40 fat 120 proteinI snack for the rest of my calories but these have been my go to meals and I'm looking to switch it up some. via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2zA5pGA
