I'm thinking on pan with olive oil and maybe some herbs and perhaps even black pepper.No red whine or soy sauce or anything, I wouldn't digest those well.What herbs should I use in addition to olive oil and black pepper?How long should I cook that meat? I'm planning on cooking about 100 grams of it per meal.
