Hi everyone! I'm relatively new to baking, and totally obsessed with making everything right now! Because of this though I've been on the hunt for some healthier and lower calorie versions of my favorite baked treats. In this pursuit I came across a blog "Amy's Healthy Baking" and her food looks really good, but I'm kinda hesitant to try her recipes since she calls for liquid vanilla stevia a lot. I've never tasted Stevia, let alone baked with it, so I'm kinda nervous to shell out $14 on a product that may taste terrible. Can anyone tell me their opinion on the product? Or has anyone tried her baking before? The idea of copycat white chocolate cranberry bliss scones being only 140 something calories is so tempting, but I'm sure it's low because of the stevia! If anyone knows any good low cal baking blogs that'd be good too. Thank you! via /r/recipes https://ift.tt/2KQBmPy
