I used to watch and research healthy food and lifestyle. No surprise I have tried paleo, keto, vegetarian, vegan, and japanese diet. Some say that grilling food is bad and we should only boil or steam...One says meat and dairy are bad. Another says carbs are bad. What about beans? Whole grain? Corn?In my mind I am so lost as to what is healthy that no matter what I choose, it feels like there is something unhealthy in them.My conclusion is the only truly healthy food is vegetables. No one can argue that.I want to be healthy but so freakin confused when I look at my salmon salad and wonder if I am getting good omega fatty acids or I am eating hormone injected cancer disease patty. :( I only feel healthy is I am eating only vegetables and drinking water. but I am not crazy so I don’t. via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2Rkhfvp
