Was wondering if anyone else knows what im talking about. When i cook chicken, specifically when i boil it, i get this funny aroma after some time, that when you get close and smell it becomes foul. It hits for a brief second, changes, then goes away. The only explanation i can come up with is that chicken fat vapors are solidifying in my nostril and giving off the bad smell. Anyways i was making a stolk with chicken spines and the smell came on. I ladled out the chicken fat, but even the stock has a funny taste reminiscent to the smell. Any ideas???? via /r/recipes https://ift.tt/2BwZrYp
