I cook food for 3 additional family members 1 loves sugar & take out and will eat a vegetable or two if it is served & not the main dish. Cannot eat egg dishes. 2 healthy eater but does not help at all with preparation / will buy weird veggies I am not used to cooking & they eventually spoil 3 needs a diabetic diet & no soyI do the usual chicken/fish but I generally cannot cook 3 different meals for these people. They will not eat the same meal twice so I can't meal prep.Looking for ideas where I can maybe prep a chicken but get a few dishes out of the same chicken. Or new ideas on how or what to cook that will feed everyone. I do not have the option of telling them to eat it or leave it. We are mostly off red meat & do chicken & fish a lot but maybe more veggie / protein heavy meals? via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2Rc2tXC
