I want to start my mornings with healthy vegetable smoothies to have better poops. Most smoothie recipes I've come across online contain raw kale or raw spinach. These leafy greens are not as safe raw as they are cooked. Cooking these takes away the convenience of making a quick smoothie, at least for me. Are there any good alternatives to raw leafy greens that can also help me achieve great poops?So far, I've decided that my smoothies will contain celery, cucumbers, ginger, and some fruit.
