I know it's hard, and expensive, to always constantly buy completely healthy and complete foods. Sometimes it's simply because you only eat one meal a day, for various reasons. Even if you go to a gas station for dinner (which we all do, a lot) you can make sure you get everything you need. For example, in that circumstance, I get a bottled smoothie (fruits and vegetables) a hot dog ( chicken, pork, beef, grains), and a couple cheese sticks. I throw a bag of nuts or trail mix into it sometimes. Not everything is as completely unhealthy as it seems. Just balance it. via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2zpcXvJ
