Picky eater wanting to be reintroduced to healthier foods; need some help.

For years I've been a pretty picky eater, rarely touching anything Fruits or Vegetables unless they were Bananas or Potatoes. I've managed to live this long, but I want to find a way to start eating a little better again. I was introduced to just about all the basic Fruits and Vegetables when I was younger, and I liked a few of them, but I eventually grew to hate them. It's been a long time since I really tried lots of items in either of those categories. I'm hoping there's a way I could be reintroduced to Fruits and Vegetables without diving right into them. I don't know if I like them and I don't want to find out again that I can't eat apples or lettuce directly.I'm hoping there are some good combinations out there that I could use to slowly bring myself back into these foods. Maybe I could do smoothies with a small amount of (some fruit) and then slowly overtime add more of that ingredient? If anyone has any ideas, please help! It's really appreciated. via /r/HealthyFood https://ift.tt/2DUHRAf
