Request for Christmas Gift recipe(s) that will keep at room temperature

I’m looking to make some of my gifts this year but want to be able to store them (probably for a week or so before Christmas) at room temperature. Last year I received home made fudge from one of my sisters but all of the recipes say to keep refrigerated. Scottish tablet seems interesting and might be an option.
