White fish with roasted garlic?

I want to make something with fish tonight. Maybe tacos, maybe fish on salad. I also want to roast some garlic (which u have never successfully done). Any ideas on how to mix the two or should I just keep them separate? via /r/recipes https://ift.tt/2TZIrRP
