The effects of eating more fruits and vegetables in my diet . 3 Weeks in .


In these past 3 weeks I haven’t loss a lot of weight, but my stomach has became MUCH flatter . I have 2 theories, one is that i’m eating less shit, which I find unlikely because my diet is the same, just more fruits and vegetables . Theory 2 is that I was super bloated and the extra fiber I’ve been eating has been pushing things out of my gut . Has anyone else experienced this ?
